Life can be overwhelming — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Peer support is a collaborative, understanding space where you can speak openly with someone who’s walked a similar path and knows the realities of living with mental health challenges.
In each session, we’ll have an open conversation shaped entirely by your needs and priorities. You might want to talk through what’s been weighing on you, reflect on challenges, celebrate progress, or explore coping strategies that have helped others in similar situations. Together, we can:
Listen and reflect on what you’re experiencing in a safe, judgment-free space
Explore tools and perspectives that may help you navigate tough moments
Build connection and understanding so you feel less alone in your journey
Focus on what matters to you — each session is guided by your goals
Peer support is about meeting you where you are, offering empathy and understanding, and walking alongside you as you move forward. Whether you’re looking for a one-time conversation or ongoing check-ins, these sessions are here to help you feel heard, supported, and encouraged.
Session Rates
In-Person Sessions: $80 (50 minutes)
Virtual Sessions: $80 (50 minutes)
In-Home Visits: Available upon request (rates may vary)
